For example, the Chicken Power Bowl is a hearty offering with lettuce or brown rice, black beans, guacamole, and pico de gallo, all for just $16.80. If you prefer a veggie option, the Veggie Power Bowl at $14.40 features delightful pineapple salsa and citrus slaw, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. Tacos are a must-try here, particularly the Birria-Style Barbacoa Mulitas, a treat that includes three foldover tacos filled with Mexican cheese, paired with a savory Au Jus for $19.20.
The drink menu at OH Taco is equally impressive, featuring a selection of beers like Fatheads Sunshine Daydream and Mich Ultra, all reasonably priced between $4.80 to $7.20. Don’t miss their signature cocktails like the Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita—a refreshing drink with just the right kick that patrons rave about.
The atmosphere is as much a draw as the food. Diners can enjoy a scenic outdoor area with stunning views of Lake Erie, making it perfect for a sunset dinner or late-night bites after a visit to Cedar Point. With praises from customers like Stanley Poe—who marveled at the combination of ambiance, food, and music—it's no surprise that many consider OH Taco a hidden gem.
However, not all experiences have been without critique. Some patrons have noted inconsistencies in service and food quality during their visits. For instance, one customer cited an unfortunate delay during their birthday celebration, which detracted from their overall experience. It's clear that while OH Taco has immense potential, attention to these details is essential for maintaining the loyal customer base that they’ve garnered thus far.
In essence, OH Taco presents a delightful mix of vibrant flavors and a festive atmosphere. Whether it’s the inviting decor or the exceptional burritos and margaritas, there’s something for everyone at this Sandusky hotspot. So, whether you're local or just passing through, make it a point to stop by OH Taco for an unforgettable meal!

“ Both service and food were great! The Cucumber Jalapeno margarita was refreshing with a kick! Loved both the Cartinas Taco and the Carne Asada Taco, but my favorite was the Avocado Taco! Disappointed they were out of the Ahi Tuna (Market Fish) Taco but excited to try it next time! Don’t forget to try the Key Lime Pie! So good!! ”
“ Found this place on accident and it turned out to be better than expected. I was originally looking for a place that was open till at least 10(we were coming Cedar Point) and choose this restaurant initially because it had tacos, tequila, open till midnight and had at least a 4 star rating but what I got was worth a 5 star rating.. reasons below! 1) a "nice to have" was a place on the water, I didn't know it at the time but this place (while not right on the water) had an awesome outdoor area with a killer view of Erie. Although not the most seating in the world you go before or after the rush hours you should have no problem getting something outside. 2) the chips and salsa were fantastic! 3) the guacamole with goat cheese and honey was sooo unique and delicious. Owner, if you are reading this I would love the recipe! ) 4) the margs were awesome! They have a really good tequila selection and honestly very good prices. We tried a few different ones and they were all fantastic 5) the tacos were a smash! Not the largest tacos in the world but perfect size to crush 2 or 3. I got the carnitas (awesome), the steak (also really good and very simple), and honestly my favorite was the cheaper shredded chicken taco, it just had chicken, lettuce, pico and cheese, and it was something about how simple and flavorful everything was that made it my Favorite. 6) the churros were fantastic. Highly Recommend. 7) and finally.. the service was killer.. our waitress, Gabby I think, did a phenomenal job and made us feel part of the family. If/when I make it back up to this area I Will definitely be going back, even if out of My way! ”
“ Oh TAco: Trendy & Funky, but Disappointing I've visited Oh TAco a few times with friends, and unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent and ultimately disappointing. My first visit left a positive impression with excellent service and delicious crafted margaritas. The street tacos were decent, but the drinks were the highlight. However, my second visit for my birthday was a letdown. We waited 45 minutes for our first round of drinks, and the quality was noticeably lower than my previous experience. The food was just okay, and the service felt rushed. On my last visit, we decided to try a full dinner. The drinks arrived faster this time and were good, but the food was a major disappointment. It didn't taste authentically Mexican, and three out of four of us got sick afterward. Overall, Oh TAco's trendy and funky atmosphere is appealing, but the inconsistent service and subpar food quality have left a negative impression. It's unfortunate because this place has potential, but until they improve the food and service, I'll be skipping it on my future visits to Sandusky. ”
“ This is a nice place to stop by for a quick bite to eat or a delicious drink they have a wide selection of everything from beer to liquor to food. I love that you can go experience there other bar on top the roof and enjoy the view. I would recommend co.e giving this place a try. It is kid friendly and the service was great and prices were not to high I do recommend there queso or there classic margarita. ”
“ Food was really good and I can't say enough about our server Desiree. She is amazing. She is new to OH Taco and the way she took care of us was above and beyond amazing. ”
“ What a great little place to have super tasty food and a great view of Jackson Street Pier. ”
